You don't have to figure it out alone. I'm here to help you make sense of what you're going through — and find a path forward that actually fits your life.
I am dedicated to working with older children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate all of life's different challenges. My clinical work includes assessing and supporting people with a range of concerns including anxiety, ADHD, depression, autism spectrum disorders, executive functioning difficulties, and learning differences.
I strive to create a warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring their experiences and goals. I take a collaborative, whole-person approach to my work, meeting clients where they are and moving at their own pace.
My approach to working with clients is informed by experience and training across a wide range of mental health settings, including inpatient hospital, therapeutic school programs, college counseling centers, and community-based practices serving people from diverse backgrounds.
I currently provide online therapy sessions (teletherapy) and in-person neuropsychological and psychological evaluations, with flexible scheduling and fast response time. Telehealth sessions are especially convenient for families, college students, and remote workers.
If you're interested in getting started, I welcome you to schedule a brief introductory phone call. I'd be happy to connect, learn more about what you're looking for, and help you determine the next step forward.

I was a featured guest on Dad Like It's Your Job, hosted by radio host and comedian Chris Zito — a podcast helping fathers balance a rich home life with a successful career.
A candid conversation about the drastic life changes of becoming a father of twins — managing schedules, leaning on your partner, and the psychology of modern parenting.
Growing up with a nurse for a mother and a psychologist for a father, I learned early on that helping others is both a calling and a responsibility.
My education further rooted this in a moral commitment to service, teaching me that every individual deserves to be seen and supported regardless of their background.
I strive to bring this perspective into my practice, ensuring that mental health care is accessible, inclusive, and deeply human for everyone with whom I work.
Everyone's situation is different. Here are some of the people I tend to connect with and support most effectively — though this is far from an exhaustive list.
Whether you've always suspected it or just recently heard it mentioned, I can help you understand what's going on — through evaluation, therapy, or both. This includes adults seeking a late diagnosis.
If school feels harder than it should, focus is a constant battle, or anxiety is getting in the way of your potential, therapy and evaluation can help you understand why — and what to do about it.
Whether it's racing thoughts, social anxiety, or just feeling stretched too thin, we can work together to build practical tools and a clearer sense of what you actually need.
If your child is struggling emotionally, socially, or academically and you're not sure where to turn, I can help you make sense of what's happening and advocate effectively for the right support.
Career shifts, relationship changes, moving, loss — transitions can surface old patterns and new stressors. Therapy can be a grounding space to process and find your footing again.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many clients come simply wanting more clarity, better tools, or a thoughtful space to reflect and grow.
Not sure if you're a good fit? That's exactly what a free 15-minute consultation call is for.
I currently offer therapy exclusively via telehealth (secure video sessions). In-person services are available for neuropsychological and psychological evaluations only. Telehealth is available to clients located anywhere in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
Therapy is an ongoing process — regular sessions focused on understanding your challenges, developing coping tools, and working toward your goals. A neuropsychological evaluation is a one-time comprehensive assessment that uses standardized testing to clarify how your brain processes information, identify diagnoses like ADHD or a learning disability, and provide specific recommendations. Many clients benefit from both.
An evaluation is typically most helpful when there are specific diagnostic questions — for example, whether ADHD, autism, or a learning difference is affecting your functioning at school or work, or when you need documentation for accommodations. Therapy is a better fit when you're looking for ongoing support, tools, and a space to process what you're going through. If you're unsure, a free consultation call is a great place to start — I can help point you in the right direction.
The first session is really a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, your background, and what you're hoping to get out of working together. There's no pressure — you set the pace. By the end, we'll have a clearer sense of whether we're a good fit and what next steps might look like.
I work with older children and preteens (typically ages 10 and up), adolescents, and adults. For younger children, I'm happy to provide a referral to a colleague who specializes in early childhood.
Yes — I accept BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare/UHC, and Optum. I verify your coverage and eligibility and submit claims directly for in-network plans. If you have an out-of-network plan, I provide a superbill so you can submit for reimbursement. I also welcome private pay clients. Individual sessions are $200.
The easiest way is to request an appointment through my client portal or give me a call at (508) 812-9763. I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call so we can connect, talk through what you're looking for, and make sure it feels like the right fit before scheduling a full session.
